37 hours per week, Hybrid working. All equipment must be collected and returned from Priory House, Shefford. Any equipment not returned or damaged Central Bedfordshire Council will look to recover costs.

Strong back ground in customer service & complaints handling
Experience of triage of complaints made via telephone calls or emails
Must be confident to chase outstanding actions
Strong communicator
