Our immersive 200 hour yoga teacher training in rishikesh is designed to help students fully dedicate themselves to the yogic path. We believe true transformation happens when students step away from distractions and immerse themselves in mindful living, daily practice, and spiritual learning. Every day at our school is thoughtfully planned to create balance between physical practice, theoretical knowledge, and inner reflection. Students learn traditional yoga techniques while also developing the confidence to guide others safely and effectively.
