This is an in-person role, based in Plymouth there will be no accommodation costs.

Additional Team Manager for the MASH (multi-agency safeguarding hub) to provide additional support through a period of restructure within the service. Currently 4 social workers within the team and we are looking to increase this to 7 along with 2 team managers.

This is an additional 6 month post for a MASH improvement manager to support the current team manager and service manager through an improvement period that will include a restructure of the front door in Plymouth. There will be a need to be office based approx. 3 days a week to build relationships, understand how we currently do things and support colleagues with improvements to systems, processes and ways of working.
