An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Occupational Therapist based within the Powys Council Social Services Team until 31.03.24 to provide assessment of people’s needs to support them to move into our new Extra Care Scheme in Welshpool. Working in partnership with our Social Work Team, Clwyd Alyn Housing association and others to support people to move into their new home within the Extra care Scheme. The applications are open now and the homes will be ready to move into in February 2024. Home working possible with face-to-face visits as required. Pay rate approx £35 per hour.
