Somerset Council’s ASC department are starting a new Learning Disabilities & Autism service. We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic, experienced Senior Social Workers and Senior Practitioners who will support the service Manager in running either the Taunton team or the Mendip team.
We need leaders who are able to provide sound legislative advice to Social Workers and Adult Social Care Practitioners. They will supervise no more than 4 Social Workers, they will manage triage and allocation lists and work with the Service Manager on strategies to achieve the best outcomes for Service Users in their area.
Please note, if the CVs do not have experience of supervision, they will not be offered an interview.
Candidates need to commit to 2 days in the office.

This is a hybrid role.
