We are looking for a candidate to work with customers at the library in Llantwit Major. This is an 17 hour Library Assistant post which includes working a share of Saturdays. The post is vacant due to a member of staff being off sick. Library work involves dealing with customers of all ages. We require someone who is personable and has had previous experience of customer service. They need to be quick learners, flexible enough to deal with multiple situations, and comfortable working with computers and with technology. Hours of work are 3 days per week, possibly 4, including every other Saturday and one evening every other week until 7. Hours can be anywhere between 10-5 but flexibility is important.
