Salary: £70.10 per day
The salary will be in the region of £18,849 – £19,806 per annum pro-rata dependent upon experience

Our dynamic Property Team are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to help them in supporting all aspects of the Post Room services and processes that support the core business of Reigate & Banstead’s operations.
Within an office based role you will be responsible for assisting with the sorting and distribution of the post across the Authority. Scanning incoming post and related documents for departments within the council.
Sorting of overnight printing and undertaking any printing as and when required, assist in managing stationary stock levels, along with processing and distributing incoming stationary requests, ensuring that services are delivered in the most effective way.

About the Person:
• You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within and administrate environment – Preferred
• You must be experienced in communication with staff and ensuring a high level of customer service – Essential
• You will be experienced of working under your own initiative – Preferred
• You must have working knowledge of computer-based software (i.e.. Microsoft Office Suite) – Essential
• You will have numeracy and written skills – Essential

• You will have a good telephone manner, written skills and be a personable communicator.
• You will be highly motivated and capable.
• Are capable of working well on your own and as be a supportive member of a team.
• Adaptable to the task in hand and willing to learn.
• You are confident to make process improvement suggestions where necessary.

Qualifications:
• GCSE English Grade 4 or above – Essential
