The post is in the CLA team based in Taunton managing up to 4 social workers and working alongside another team manager in team 2.
You will be responsible for quality assurance
Gate keeping reports
Providing frontline supervision to social workers
Attending court when needed
Oversight of court work, adoption work, and CLA children.
Reporting directly to the OM
Attending management meetings
