This is an exciting opportunity to join our new People’s Directorate and work with partners as part of Integrated Care Systems (ICS). The post holder should develop opportunities across systems to develop ICS. This is an exciting new post, employed jointly by both Council and The Community Trust. The post will be employed by the Council but will work as a member of the Council’s and Trust Senior Management Teams, and a member of Adult Services you will support the development and delivery of the Council’s vision, values and strategic objectives with a lead role on a range of directorate and system tasks. We are committed to changing for the better, by working together in new ways across the whole council and with our local partners. Front line services will be empowered to make decisions on the best form of service delivery. As a member of the Strategic Management Team within the People’s Directorate you will lead services that embrace the Council’s vision, values, and strategic objectives.
