Under the direction of Performance and Information Manager you will manage and lead a team of information analysts responsible for the Council’s Adult social care functions.
You will lead the development and delivery of strategies for the provision and use of management information in our social care functions. This includes data analysis and presentation to support policy formulation, decision making and reporting of performance measures and benchmarking, as well as the development and delivery of data to support financial monitoring and service improvement. You will also advise commissioners on the effective performance monitoring of contracted and commissioned services and support the delivery of the JSNA.
