Hours per week: 37

Start date: Immediate start

Salary: £21.52 per hour

Monday to Friday, be able to work independently. Hybrid working can be considered depending on the performance of the successful candidate.

Successful candidate will be expected to carry out all duties and responsibilities of qualified and experienced Social Worker. This includes but not limited to the following:- Care Act assessment, designing packages of care, reviews, Mental Capacity Assessments, Best Interest decision making, Safeguarding interventions, Court of protection referrals, Community DoLs, multi agency working, team working etc.
