Salary: £11.98
Shifts will; be 7hrs 30min each with one of 7hrs only = 37hrs a week total and will include 8:30 – 4:30; 8:45 – 4:45; 9 – 5
To deliver first class customer service by providing information, advice guidance and support to Denbighshire residents as part of the delivery of a new council service – using the most appropriate system/method to meet their needs.
Do you have experience of dealing with customers, providing a friendly, positive and professional service? Would you thrive working within a fast-paced environment delivering quality customer service?

The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, motivated and committed to providing excellent customer services at all times. ICT, literacy and numeric skills are a must as well as experience in dealing with the public.

You must have confidence to take ownership and be proactive and positive in your approach to problem solving. The shift pattern will be Monday to Friday 8:30 – 5:00pm.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Experience of working
within a busy customer
service environment.

Solve customer problems and suggest changes to help ensure it does not
happen again.

Working in a fast paced environment

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Clear understanding of
customer service skills
and behaviours.

Good knowledge of IT
systems including email,
internet applications and word processing.

Ability to
communicate
confidently and listen and understand the
views of others.
