Salary: £10.42
The successful applicant will have responsibility for providing business support for the team including: supporting the team with Sefton Liquid Logic database, typing, telephone duties, co-ordinating the gathering of information from other agencies to support the manager and any other admin duties within the team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. IT skills and operational skills in the use of Liquid Logic. The role requires the ability to work under pressure in a team setting. A flexible approach is necessary”

1. Undertake ICT based tasks including the production of letters, reports, schedules, uploading information and data inputting onto children’s records etc.

2. Provide clerical support, e.g. reprographics, photocopying, filing, emailing, faxing and completing routine forms.

3. Maintain manual and computerised records and/or management information systems.

4. Sorting and distributing the internal and external mail.

5. Undertake reception duties, answering routine telephone and face-to-face enquiries and signing visitors in and out.

6. Assisting with arrangements for meetings, booking rooms, sending invitations.

7. Take notes in meetings as required.

8. Operate office equipment e.g. computer, photocopier etc. in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.

Experience
1. Proven clerical experience
2. Experience of working as part of a team
3. Experience of using computer systems
4. Experience of using databases in a work setting

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

5. Working knowledge of Outlook and Office packages to include Word & Excel
6. Demonstrable organisational skills
7. Ability to prioritise work and work under pressure
8. Awareness of GDPR/Data Protection
9. Good communication skills
10. Literate and Numerate
