We are looking for experienced and qualified social workers perhaps with reviewing officer or innovation experience to lead innovation in relation to three key cohorts of children and young people, to ensure their needs are met and the best outcomes for them achieved. The cohorts include children in high-cost care arrangements, new unplanned entrants to care and those with potential for reunification. You will be working in partnership with social workers and team managers to support creativity, fulfilling practical roles at times and consultative positions at others, depending on the identified needs. There will be no case allocation. Full Terms of Reference for the Team available through discussion. You will be a motivational communicator with strong interpersonal skills, and model and lead a restorative and strengths-based approach to professional relationships and practice. You will work with an innovation project lead to build confidence in staff to work and think creatively and support practical and effective work to identify and achieve the best outcomes for children and young people at pace.
