Your new role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-starter who is experienced in Programme Management, able to hit the ground running and passionate about driving change and is looking to take up a challenging newly created role of Programme Manager to provide key support for the successful delivery and development of the Children’s Services Improvement Plan. As Programme Manager you will be provide strong visible proactive leadership and a deliver a collaborative approach to change. You will be expected to work flexibly as required.

This role provides an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of best possible outcomes for our children and their families and play an active role in the leadership, management and development of change.

What you’ll need to succeed:
⦁ In addition to all the responsibilities you would expect of a Programme Manager role, you will be passionate about delivering improved outcomes for children and their families.
⦁ You will have ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders and excellent analytical skills to develop business cases for change.
⦁ You will be technically competent with experience in delivering complex projects working with a range of stakeholders both internal and external to the Council.
