We are seeking 1 x qualified OT to work within the Scarborough area

Initially, this is a 12 week placement.

This is a full-time role (37 hours per week) working between the hours of 8:30 and 5pm Monday to Friday.
The role will involve undertaking assessments within individual’s own homes.

Hybrid working available, the successful candidate will be able to write up assessments from their own home if they wish but must be able to undertake assessments face to face.

The ideal candidate:
– Experienced in adaptations to a person’s home to facilitate independence such as disabled facilities grants
– Moving and handling experience
– Community based assessment experience
