You will work in partnership with customers to maximise their independence and support them to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life. Your main task will be to work directly with customers following their care and support plans providing physical, social, and emotional support within their own home and the local community. Your other key responsibilities will include financial management, keeping accurate records and some personal care.
