The placement is for a 35hr per week assistant Enablement Manager. The placement will work within our Quality Assurance Pathway and be responsible for dealing with customer complaints and concerns, along with auditing clients care plan and files which include Medication audits of Compliance in line with policy, support plan audits to ensure they meet the needs of the customer and outcome focussed, along with risk assessments and case notes. All working in line with CQC KLOE. so an attention to detail is important, and an understanding of the CQC KLOE. the candidate will be required to supervise staff and provide collated data reports to the CQC registered manager, identifying trends. working Monday to Friday generally 9-5pm with a level of flexibility to work different hours if an emergency situation occurs.
