We are seeking to recruit a Social Work Assistant to work with the Supported Living, Learning Disabilities Team at Market Road Resource Centre, Canton.
The post holders will become part of the Supported Living Team and will be responsible for supporting the work of the team by:
• Carrying out Monitoring Visits to Supported Living Schemes
• Assisting with the overall Monitoring of the Supported Living Contact
• Being part of an enthusiastic, dynamic and evolving service
• Being part of planning and facilitating moves for individuals
There is a vacancy for a full time Accommodation Monitoring Assistant (Social Work Assistant) within the Supported Living, Learning Disabilities Team. This post is part of an ongoing, exciting development to enable adults with learning disabilities to live closer to home. It is an ICF (Welsh Government) funded project to support the development of reginonal services across Cardiff and the Vale.
