This is a full time of 37 hours a week role requiring specialist knowledge and experience of local authority county planning matters. We can be flexible with the working pattern.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced planning solicitor/barrister to act as the lead planning lawyer for the Council. This is to advise on all planning related matters, including complex legal agreements associated with major minerals and waste developments. The role will include advising on some highway matters and mentoring junior staff including the development of a graduate solicitor apprentice.
