Connection and Assessment officer to assist with installations for new customers
Duties and Responsibilities

⦁ To work with colleagues within 24/7 Services and other service areas to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

⦁ To have an understanding and knowledge of technology used within the Alarm Receiving Centre, the dispersed alarm units, and associated products.

⦁ To take responsibility and follow protocols for stock holding, replacing pendants and batteries, and programming, reprogramming, and installing dispersed alarm units and associated products.

⦁ To ensure that the test calls and voice checks are made to the Alarm Receiving Centre.

Job Specific Requirements

⦁ To be responsible for the administrative tasks related to the receipt of application forms and installations for new and existing customers.

⦁ To be responsible for maintaining Telecare equipment.

⦁ To be responsible for the waiting list system ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and regular communications.

Experience / Knowledge
Experience of delivering customer focused information.

Proficient in use of technology, being comfortable in the use of I.T systems, programmes, and apps.
