Salary: £20.85 per hour

Experienced Lawyer required: Duties will be a full range of local government commercial conveyancing work – largely landlord and tenant (1954 Act) matters in addition to sale and purchase of land, potential of some residential conveyancing also but not RTB. Remote working but an expectation to have a full day or 2 initially in the office and thereafter every 3 or 4 weeks would be satisfactory.
