London Borough of Lewisham’s Housing Needs Service is looking for a Void Coordinator to oversee and manage temporary accommodation voids. The ideal candidate will be able to:

Contract manage contractors to ensure quality service delivery and value for money.
Ensure voids are turned around quickly.
Reduce void back log.
Draft SoW’s using the relevant SoR codes.
Act as a point of contact between different departments.
Excellent IT skills for presenting
